Handmade & Production Lead Times
All of our products are handmade with care. Please allow additional production time before your order ships:
- Most handmade and personalized items – Production time varies by product and is noted on each product page. Please review the product listing for the most accurate lead time.
- Custom Hand Painted Anime Tumblers – Please allow 2–6 weeks of production time before shipment.
- Birthday Horror / Halloween Box (Preorder) – This item is available for preorder and is scheduled to ship by October 31, 2026.
Production time begins after payment is confirmed and any required customization details (names, colors, references, etc.) are received.

Rates are calculated based on the total order weight and will be displayed at checkout before purchase.
International Shipping
We ship internationally! International shipping rates are carrier-calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. We ship internationally via:
- USPS
- DHL Express
- DHL eCommerce
- FedEx
Rates will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Carrier Delivery Estimates
While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.
